A clearly branded, refrigerated van travels to a designated location in Walsall on specific days, enabling local customers to collect their pre ordered cakes without making the trip to the Birmingham factory. This service was introduced in response to increased enquiries and growing support from Walsall based customers.
The Walsall Collection operates on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The collection window is strictly between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM, a 30-minute slot. The driver will leave promptly at 11:00 AM, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the van departs.

The collection takes place at a large car park on Upper Rushall Street, OFF Upper Rushall Street, Walsall, WS1 1QJ. This is not a shop or physical building, collection is from the branded van only. Look for the clearly marked The Cravery logo on the refrigerated van parked in the car park. You can also use the What3Words location or open the address in Google Maps for precise navigation.
To collect on a Wednesday, your order must be placed by Tuesday at 11:00 AM. To collect on a Saturday, your order must be placed by Friday at 11:00 AM. Orders placed after these cut-off times will not be available for the next scheduled collection day.
You should have your order confirmation email or your order name/number ready. This helps the team locate and confirm your order quickly during the short collection window.

Unfortunately, no. To maintain smooth operations and ensure product quality, The Cravery only offers the fixed time slots listed above. If you are unable to make your scheduled slot, please reach out as early as possible to discuss alternative options.
