We operate seven days a week with varying operational hours. Please note that we do not offer in-person appointments or face-to-face cake consultations. However, we do provide two convenient daily collection windows:
Any-day collections: 9:00 – 9:30 am (available every day)
Same-day collections: 2:00 – 2:30 pm (for orders placed before 11:00 am)
